Shipping, Orders, and Return Policy

Shipping Policies

We ship worldwide (including Military APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes). We offer free shipping on all orders within the domestic U.S. and $25 flat rate shipping on all international orders. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping and priority next-day shipping on most orders. You can see the final shipping costs for your order and selected method under "Shipping methods" on the checkout page.

Payment Options

We accept most forms of payment. Our most popular payment methods include PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail within two hours of placing your order. This confirmation will provide you with your order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise purchased.

Order Processing

The order process begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your item will be processed once your credit card is approved and the shipping address is verified. All orders processed by 11:00 AM Pacific time will be sent out the same day; all orders processed after 11:00 AM Pacific time will be sent out the following business day. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an e-mail notification when your order ships. You may receive multiple shipping confirmation e-mails if items in your order ship at different times. The shipping notification will include information on how to track your order.

Order Tracking

An “order tracking link” and tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation e-mail so that you may track the status of your order at any time.

Changes to Orders and Personal Information

We will do our best to accommodate changes to orders or personal information. However, we process orders quickly and cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. 

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases, our faster processing works to your advantage. We are not responsible for the shipping and handling fees incurred for items that have been mis-ordered. Due to the above information, please carefully review your order before checking out and ensure all personal information (especially shipping address) is correct.

Return Policy

6ft Club offers a flexible return policy for all items in our store. To be eligible for returns, items must be in:

  • New to lightly worn condition
  • Original product packaging

We refund all orders returned within 60 days from the day you receive your order. This includes a full refund of the cost of the item and any tax you paid upon checkout; please note it does not include any shipping cost paid at checkout (as those funds go to our third party shipping service when we send out your order). We also cover the cost of return shipping for all U.S. domestic orders. 

To return an item for any reason, simply send a return request to info@6ftclub.com with the subject line Return Request. To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your email:

  1. Your Full Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Item Name

Although we do not require an explanation for your return, we appreciate any information you can provide about the reason for your return. We will use this feedback to improve the experience for future customers.

Once we have received your return request, we will provide you with the return mailing address, your return confirmation number, and free shipping label. Please note: we ONLY accept returned items with a return confirmation number, so please follow the instructions above for processing your return. Returns can be dropped off at your nearby post office.

Refunds will be credited to the charge account used for the purchase. You will be notified via e-mail when the refund has been processed. We process most refunds within three business days, and the remaining time to receive your refund is determined by your payment service provider.
