Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, and other factors.

Certain items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate shipments.


Special Shipping Notes for Insoles:

  • Insoles are dispatched from our U.S. warehouse.

  • Estimated delivery time for Insoles: 2-8 business days within the United States.

  • Shipping times may vary based on regional carrier performance.

  • Insoles and shoes may arrive in separate shipments if ordered together.


Special Shipping Notes on Risky Destinations:

  • 6FT CLUB reserves the right to cancel orders shipping to countries with a history of high-risk shipping issues (such as frequent losses, customs problems, or theft).

  • In such cases, customers will be notified, and full refunds will be issued promptly.


Returns Policy:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which will vary based on their location: which the customer can pay upfront, or we can provide a pre-paid shipping label, and deduct it from the refundable amount. 

  • A $20 USD restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Shoes must be in Like-New, Sellable condition:

    • Shoes must not have been worn.

    • DO NOT remove the attached Shoe Tag; removal indicates use and will render the product ineligible for return or refund.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

Important Inspection Note:

  • When our team receives your return, it will be inspected and graded to ensure compliance with our return conditions.

  • Please ensure that only sellable items in Like-New condition are returned, following all requirements outlined in this policy.

  • Items that do not meet the return conditions will be ineligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

    • Check: Is the Shoe Tag attached?

    • Check: Are the shoes unworn and in Like-New, Sellable Condition?

  5. If YES (Compliant with Return Policy):
    ✅ Refund processed minus $20 USD restocking fee and return shipping cost.

  6. If NO (Not Compliant):
    ❌ Return rejected.

    • Customer will be contacted.

    • Item can be sent back to customer at their expense, or disposed.


Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are only allowed for Size exchanges, not for different styles.

  • If you wish to switch to a different style, please place a new purchase.


Customs & Duties Policy:

  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes imposed by their respective governments.

  • 6FT CLUB is not responsible for paying customs or duty fees, as rates and regulations vary by location.


Tracking & Delivery Issues:

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • Wait 24-48 hours. Occasionally, carriers mark items as delivered before actual delivery.

  • Check around your property and with neighbors.

  • If the package does not arrive after 48 hours, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you.
