Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. All in-stock items are shipped in 24-48 hours during business days. Orders placed by 1pm ET will typically ship the same day, orders placed after 1pm will ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends. International delivery is available for all orders. If you have questions please call us at 877-749-3668 or email us at info@6ftclub.com. Free standard shipping is available for all orders with delivery addresses in the Contiguous (Lower 48) United States only. Return shipping is free for exchanges and returns for store credit, also only in the Contiguous United States.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail within two hours of placing your order. This confirmation will provide you with your order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise purchased.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer shipping services through FedEx/DHL/UPS to most countries in the world. Please be aware that when your package reaches your country you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and fees (including VAT) associated with the shipment. When you place the order you become the importer of record and the package will be released to you when all local government fees are paid by the customer. 6ft Club is not responsible for any fees imposed by your respective country's customs bureau; this includes transfer and storage fees. If you refuse the shipment and the package is returned to us you will be refunded for the purchase price of the goods less the shipping costs. 

 

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. 6ft Club is not responsible for lost shipments. We ship all packages with no signature required for delivery, if you feel it is necessary to require a signature then you must contact us before the order ships.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you have the right to return the unworn pair of insoles or shoes within 30 days of receiving the item for a refund or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please submit an RMA request by emailing us at: info@6ftclub.com before you return the shoes so we can provide a prepaid shipping label (for Contiguous (Lower 48) US only). 

If you’d like a refund you can return the item at your own cost, or use our prepaid return label and we will refund you minus cost of shipping. Return requests need to include: 

  1. Your Full Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Item Name

Order Tracking

An “order tracking link” and tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation e-mail so that you may track the status of your order at any time. Additionally, tracking is available via the Route App.

Changes to Orders and Personal Information

We will do our best to accommodate changes to orders or personal information. However, we process orders quickly and cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. 

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases, our faster processing works to your advantage. We are not responsible for the shipping and handling fees incurred for items that have been mis-ordered. Due to the above information, please carefully review your order before checking out and ensure all personal information (especially shipping address) is correct.
