Shipping Policy

How your order ships, how long delivery takes, and when a package is considered delivered — for both U.S. and international orders.

Shipping

All U.S. orders are fulfilled from our domestic warehouse and are typically delivered in a single shipment.

In rare cases, items may ship separately depending on availability or fulfillment logistics.

• United States — 3–7 business days
• International — 7–15 business days, varies by location

Tracking is provided once your order is dispatched so you can follow it with confidence.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, all applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

There are no additional fees due upon delivery.

Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

At that point, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and monitoring tracking updates as delivery approaches.

If Your Order Appears Delivered

Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered slightly ahead of its arrival. In many cases, it is delivered within 24–48 hours.

We recommend checking:

• Mailbox, entryway, porch, or garage
• With neighbors or household members
• Front desk, leasing office, or mailroom
